haizzzz!
holidays are damned boring. i'm pretty much doing nothing, besides watching the OC, eating, sleeping, and going to changi as often as once a week!
oh, talking about the OC, i feel so pathetic, not really, just a little chinese- inadequate. well there was no number on the discs, just chinese characters out of which i obviously couldnt make any sense. so i just put in every disc and tried my luck. unlucklily, i couldnt remember where i was watching until. oh well, so i had to sit there i think of some other ways to figure out which disc to continue with
then all of a sudden, this brilliant idea flicked through my mind
well it might not be very brilliant for some of you, but for a person whose brain was obsessed with no more than eating, sleeping and watching soap for the last two weeks, it was undoubtedly excellent.
so i went on the internet, opened some chinese english dictionary and typed in five ( oh fortunately i remembered finishing disc 4). and there came the result, dahdah
to my horror, there were more than one word, i, of course, being a chinese- inadequate individual as mentioned above, couldnt know which character to pick. plus they all looked the same to me. so my full- of- nothing- recently- brain had to do some thinking and analysis again.
oh, as weird as it may sound, it actually came up with a pretty good idea. that is to look for three, as in how does it look like, then see the position of the exact character. oh, dun misunderstand that i dont know how number 3 looks like in chinese. its the 3 horizontal sticks lying on top of each other rite? yeah, im just chinese- inadequate, not chinese- deprived.
so i found out how it looked like and continued watching the show. well, i couldnt remember how it looks like now. not that i care.
and i think i love the OC. trang said she wanted to go Berkeley so that she could travel to the orange county anytime. i thought that was a pretty cool idea, i can come and visit her sometimes
